The 6 Steps to Saint Pierre
We try to make the Admissions process as easy as possible for families and welcome applications for children to start with us at any point during the academic year.
1. ENQUIRY
Contact our Admissions Department by email or by telephone.

The ideal time to enquire would be at least one term before joining the school. However, we are more than willing to support applications that suit your timeline, providing there is space.
2. VISIT
Please book a visit to the school to get a real sense of our ethos and all we have to offer the children.
We have many visiting appointments available and are flexible to fit around busy, family lives.
3. REGISTER
At this stage we ask you to register your formal interest by completing a Registration Form and paying our £50 Registration Fee.
Waiting lists may be in operation in some year groups.
Please send the completed registration form, together with your child’s most recent report, if possible.
4. TASTER DAY
The next step is to book a Taster Day for your child so they can experience the school first hand and provide you with a genuine insight.
The children come in and enjoy a normal school day at Saint Pierre so they can start making friends and getting to know our staff. This also allows the school to get to know your child.
5. ACCEPTANCE
If your application to the School is successful, we will ask you to confirm your place at the school by paying the deposit of £250.
Once we have received the deposit, your child’s place at Saint Pierre will be secure.
6. TRANSITION AND WELCOME
Ensuring a happy transition to the School for your child is very important. A Welcome Pack is sent to you to help with planning for your child’s start at the School.
Our full induction programme will help your child settle quickly into our school and become a part of the Saint Pierre family.
